INTRODUCTION
GAURAV stands for
Honor and Respect. The foundation was established in the year 2007 by
Mr. Gaurav Singhal. We believe in Youth and its Power. Education is the
necessity for any developing country like India. Proper education and
healthy environment can empower these young bloods. Gaurav Foundation is
a public charitable trust under the Gaurav Singhal Group.
We have been developing a grant making process that helps us decide how
to spend our time, effort, and money so we can accomplish that goal for
as many people as possible. This process helps us choose the issues we
will work on and the groups to which we will make grants.
We do not pretend that this process is unique to us. We also recognize
that we dont always follow this process to the letter with every grant;
in some cases it represents our aspirations as much as reality. Our
process is evolving as we get better at choosing strategies, making
grants, measuring progress towards impact, and evaluating the results.
We are committed to reporting what we are learning at key stages during
the grant making process.
Our management committee oversees all the foundations efforts. The
committee meets regularly to ensure that all of our teams perform
efficiently and to facilitate cross-functional connections.
Gaurav Foundation is registered with the Registrars of Companies under
Section 25 for Major NGOs. Our Foundation currently has its official
office only in Chennai and we are looking forward to expand our efforts
to all major cities and towns of India. We are thankful to Google India
and Govt. of Tamil Nadu for their continuous contribution and support
towards scholarships
COURSE AND ELIGIBILITY
Age between 10yrs to 50yrs
- Citizen of India
- Min 60% in all exams
- Family Annual Income not more than 5Lac
- Research, Work Experience, Achievements shall be a plus point.
CAREER PROSPECTS
Procedure :
- Step 1 : Submit Application (Application Form / Necessary Documents /
Application Fees )
- Step 2 : Documents Submitted will be verified with the concerned
authority or board.
- Step 3 : Credential are evaluated and based on the that the
applications are short listed.
- Step 4 : Scholarship Committee decides, the amount of scholarship to
awarded.
- Step 5 : Scholarship amount is send to the concerned University /
Institute on behalf of the applicant as the course fees.

Note :
- Application fees is used to verify the certificates / proofs with the
concern authority in India or Abroad.
- School Scholarship is valid in India Only.
- Scholarships are awarded every week on the merit bases.
- Scholarship Amount will only be made in favour of the institute.
